We offer gift wrapping & messaging on some products in our store. For products that we do offer gift wrapping, we use a clear cello bag tied with grosgrain ribbon and a handwritten note is included. Please message us with questions about specific products and their gift wrapping availability.

Our policy is that we do not print custom monograms, organization or company names, branding, or logos due to certain licensing or branding restrictions that may apply.

For some products in our shop, it is possible to rush production. Additional fees will apply. Please contact us prior to placing an order to discuss the date you need your item and for further information on rush processing and fees.

Most items in our shop take approximately 5 - 7 business days to produce. The day you place an order does not count as a production day. After production, standard shipping time ranges from 2 - 4 business days. If you need your item by a certain date, please reach out to us prior to placing an order so we can help ensure the item is able to arrive on time.

If USPS tracking indicates your item was delivered, but you did not receive it, we recommend giving it a day or two to ensure the package was not incorrectly scanned. Be sure to check with neighbors and do a thorough search of possible places the carrier may have left the package. If the package is still not able to be located, please contact your local post office to report the information. If the local post office is unable to locate the item, a claim will need to be filed with USPS. HoneyBee Gift Co is not responsible for packages that are mishandled or lost by USPS. It is rare that delivery issues occur, but please contact us with questions or concerns related to package delivery.
