The whimsical focus of this necklace is an abstract piece of dichroic glass with amazing depth in purple, blue, teal, gold and a hint of magenta. The same artist made the smaller purple accent cab that sits on top of the bezel. Amethyst chips, pearls and tiny daggers embellish the setting. Twin beads were used to construct the bail and netted bead rope neck strap.

The inner dimension of the necklace is 17 1/2". The bezeled focal part is 4 1/2" from bail to Czech pressed glass dangle.

I like the pattern. I love the fact that the design takes easily found beads and rivolis. I'm not sure a beginner could do this pattern because 2-hole beads are kinda hard to deal with and there are no step-by-step photos with the instructions. There are some graphic pictures, but they are hard to understand as you're talking about a 3-D item here. I am glad I bought the pattern. I just hesitate to suggest it for a beginner.
