DETAILED PRODUCT INFO
Decals are made with high quality outdoor vinyl. This vinyl is PERMANENT. Once applied, you can not remove & reuse. Vinyl is water resistant & will withstand exposure to the elements with great resilience (5 to 6 year life expectancy). You can apply your decal to just about any smooth surface such as car windows, mirrors, tumbler cups, laptops, hard plastic, painted wood, metal, ceramic and much more. It can be used on interior walls, although once removed it may leave an adhesive residue behind or possibly remove paint. The vinyl will NOT adhere to rubber, unfinished wood, textured surfaces, oily or dirty surfaces. If you decide to place your decal on a tumbler cup, I recommend hand washing for the longest lasting decal. I do not recommend using bleach in your dishwater or allowing it to soak for a long period of time, as this will decrease the life of your decal.



SHIPPING
Decal & sticker orders over $20 ship free by USPS first class mail. Orders under $20 are shipped as a flat letter. Etsy will generate a third party tracking number, but please keep in mind that it is not always accurate. This means your order may say “pre-transit” until it arrives because they do not get scanned as reliably as first class and priority items do. It is meant to confirm delivery rather than tracking every step as it travels. The arrival time of your order is an estimate. Delivery estimates may vary around the holidays. First class is usually 1 to 5 days. Flat letter mail usually takes 3 to 10 days, but can take up to 14 days. If you do not receive your order within 14 days, please contact me! If you would like to upgrade your shipping on your order that is under $20, you have the option to purchase a shipping upgrade at checkout.


RETURNS
Due to the nature of vinyl decals and custom orders, returns are not accepted. If you have received your item damaged or have any issues, please message me right away so I can make it right! My top priority is that all my customers are happy with their purchases! Please wait 14 days for letter mail to arrive before requesting a refund or replacement for non-arrival. Lost or stolen packages that have been deemed delivered by USPS, do not qualify for a refund or replacement. Buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address given.
