Send me colored fotos of your pet in several positions so i can accurately get its details, like character, weight, spots positions.
If the doll has clothes, then write to me about your outfit preferences.

If the breed, color, coat length differ from those presented in the store, then contact me about the availability of the necessary materials.

After payment for the order, I will start and will send you the intermediate stages of the process.

All parcels are securely packed to protect them from damage.
Each doll is individually wrapped. Either with a cloth bag or gift box.

If you want something special, please contact me and something different will be arranged.

All dolls, with the exception of custom dolls, are ready to ship.
I send orders as soon as possible, 3-5 working days maximum.
Making products to order takes from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the number of open custom orders. Contact me and I will tell you a more exact time for the execution of your order.

Shipping is via CTT Standard Portuguese Registered Mail. You can track your shipment by track number.
DHL expedited shipping available upon request. The price depends on your location, size and weight of the doll. Write me and I will tell you the exact cost of the express delivery.

Dolls are not intended for active play, by children under 14 years of age.
