Antique Chinese Cloisonne Multi-Section Ginger Jar: Royal Blue Enamel Urn with Carved Stand

Chinese Antique Cloisonne Royal Blue Enamel and Brass Multi-Piece Ginger Jar, on Intricately Carved Wooden Stand, Vintage Circa Early 1900s, Rare Chinese Cloisonne Urn, Longevity (Shou) Symbol, Collectible Asian Decor, 9 1/4" tall, 4 3/4" wide.
The blue cloisonne three-part cache box or multi part ginger jar is simply a little treasure box, and a collector's delightful, rare find.
The ginger jar or urn can be used for trinkets, herbs, medicines, snuff or small treasures, or two sets of cremains. There are two compartments, and they fit together with the top lid to appear as one solid ginger jar.
Each cloisonne section from the ginger jar has full robin's egg blue enameled inside, and it shows the original brass base on the bottom.
LONGEVITY: This rich royal blue multi piece ginger jar, or urn features 4 Chinese Shou symbols (represent longevity!) as a decoration on the large part of the jar, with other colorful enamel cloisonne decorations depicting animals, flowers and tendrils, borders, and branches
The blue urn comes on an artistically carved wooden stand, shows off the excellent highest quality Chinese cloisonne artistry and carving from the early 1900s.

Blue cloisonne ginger jar, fully assembled, is 7 1/2" tall and 9 1/4" tall when on the stand.
Carved wooden stand is about 4 3/4" in diameter, and about 1 1/2" tall.

This beautiful lapis colored blue cloisonné jar/urn and beautiful carved wooden stand were part of my late mother's extensive estate collection of Chinese and Asian art.
This blue ginger jar on the stand was displayed in a closed glass curio cabinet.
All parts of the blue jar/urn are in excellent vintage condition for antique pieces, with no damage on the beautiful cloisonne flowers, or designs or the wooden stand.

This ginger jar and stand are an excellent example of the skill and artistry in the early 1900s needed to create handcrafted these elaborate cloisonne designs, with decorative edging, animals, flowers, and symbols, and the expert use of many color enamels on one piece.
The typical brass wire design (called cloisons) used all over the background are featured and applied to hold the color enamel powder to be fired. See photos for details.
