What are the condition of your items?

I try to focus on vintage that looks unworn or new old stock but that is not always possible especially if it's special & rare so most items will all have some degree of general wear or use. I only sell items in really nice condition & NO ODORS. Most vintage is not perfect so please expect some minor things on every item. I list all flaws that effect the wearing or show in obvious places & always have up close photos. I do not mention flaws that don't show or don't effect the wearing. I clean & repair most everything when possible to the best of my ability. If you're concerned, please ask me anything you like before you place an order. I want everyone to be happy when they open their box & do my best to make that happen.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I carefully wrap everything in tissue paper and put it in a Priority Mail box or plastic mailer for shipping. I currently don't offer gift wrapping.

What are your conditions for returns?

ALL SALES FINAL unless I made a mistake I of course would fix this at my cost. Because these are vintage & antique items that are delicate & carefully measured with photos taken next to a measuring stick, I do not accept returns. On rare occasions, on a case by case basis, I may accept a return for a store credit. You must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION# before you can return any item.

This is a stunning vintage coat in the most gorgeous rich deep chocolate brown boucle wool. Feels silky soft so it might be a blend. The loops in the fabric look silky see up close pics. There are no fabric tags. Mink fur collar is real & the color is a taupe grey beige that matches the deep brown. Pumpkin fall rusty color satin liner is backed in a woven wool so it's a warm fall winter coat, but it's not heavy. In the most gorgeous warm fall colors that look better in person IMO. Sometimes digital cameras can't catch the warmth of a color. In person this coat is even more STUNNING! If you love rich fall colors you will absolutely love this coat.

CONDITION: Very Excellent. No holes or stains. Only minor general wear. It was dry cleaned... NO ODORS! Brown wool & mink collar have very minimal wear & no flaws. The flaws are all on the inside satin liner. Nothing major. Small hole, slight darkening of color to satin in a couple small places, a few seams are loose here n there like pockets & underarms. I sewed them down loosely by hand, to keep it from getting worse but the new owner should use a sewing machine to reinforce it ( price reflects these small flaws). 2 original buttons & I added 2 black replacement buttons.

Feel free to ask me if you're unsure, I’m happy to help. Compare it to a similar item you have now that fits well. I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR FIT OR SIZE PROBLEMS.

—If I make a mistake I will accept returns as long as my hang tags are still attached, it's UNaltered & UNused.

—NOTE ON SHIPPING: If you need & pay for EXPRESS please either message me (preferred) or put it on the order comment section so I can see it. Otherwise it's VERY hard for me to see that request until I go print out the label. I will move you ahead of the line if it's express, but I can't do that if I don't see it. Thanks.

- I attach my own stock tags to all of my items that are right in front. Please check to make sure I sent the correct item. Do not remove tags until you make sure everything is okay. Once tags are removed you can not return it no matter what.
- If there are any problems you must contact me within 3 days of the post office delivery date (not when you open the box).

- Keep in mind I sell only vintage items & they have had a life before me & will always have at least a little general wear & small flaws. Please know most are not perfect. I always list flaws that are in obvious places or that effect the wearing. If the small flaws are hidden or not easily seen, many times I can't photograph or mention them, I mention ALL flaws that effect the wearing. Every little flaw is not possible to photograph. I clean & repair most all items when I can, except furs etc. I NEVER sell anything that smells & this is a non smoking business!
—In order to be careful of damaging fabrics I do not use a hot iron or steam. Low only so most of my items will have wrinkles.

—In order to combat fraud I do not give discounts after you receive your item. It’s my policy to send items in better condition than I describe to make sure you get exactly as described. Thank you for understanding. Sadly some people will buy vintage then use it in photo shoots for their social media then return it so this is why I can not accept returns.
