Custom and personalised orders

I can accommodate most requests for custom orders but please bare in mind if you aren't in the UK then there are postal restrictions in place so somethings might not be possible. I'm happy to post worldwide so please message for a postal quote.

All cushion covers are warm hand wash or delicate wash cycle. It is recommended that you plump cushions daily to retain the fullness of the insert. All items have specified care instructions on each listing.

All sizing is approximate as everything from Studio Gem is handmade.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I wrap and package all orders but please ask if you want something specific.

Wholesale availability

I can provide wholesale prices on request.

Returns and Exchanges

As all Studio Gem items are made to order it is not possible to refund. I can offer an exchange for something more suitable but the buyer is responsible for paying return postage no matter on location. So please enquire or use my swatch service if you are unsure of quality or colour.

I use the highest quality fabrics in gorgeous colours and try to show the quality in my photos as best I can. Colours often look different online to real life. If you aren't sure if they will be what you are after then please message or order a swatch.

Etsy’s Picks are hand selected by our style experts to highlight items from shops that have shown quality, reliability and style.
