What is your processing time for personalized items?

Most of the personalized items in my shop will ship out in about a week. So if you order on Wednesday your item will ship out from my shop on the following Wednesday. However, I do have a few items that have a longer processing time. Each item will show its processing time under the shipping section of the listing. Please make sure to take a look at this if you need it by a certain time. You can also find a rush order listing if you find that you need to jump my processing line. The rush order listing is the last listing at the bottom of the last page of my shop.

Can you rush my order?

Yes! You will find a "Rush Order" listing on the last page at the bottom of all my listings. Please read through the listing description for instructions. If you choose to purchase a rush order please message me as well to make sure it will be possible for the particular item you are wanting.

If I choose not to personalize my item will it ship faster?

Yes, typically it will ship in 1-2 business days if you do not choose personalization, but there are exceptions where this is not possible. If you are counting on a blank item shipping faster please message me to make sure it can.

Are shipping times delayed due to COVID-19?

Not all packages are being delayed, but yes I am seeing several delayed packages and packages that are not tracking. USPS is very overwhelmed from dramatically increased mail volumes.

- Choose your personalization design in the drop-down menu.
- During checkout on the very last page at the bottom click “leave a note for seller” and include the following information:

1) The name or the Letters to be monogrammed in the ORDER you would like them. (A Traditional monogram is First | LAST | Middle name, Example Sharon Jackson Clark would be sCj )

2) The font you would like. If one is not left the monogram designer will choose the best one for you.

3) Name your thread color. Choose any color you would like. We do not limit our customers to a small thread color chart and have many colors. If a color is not chosen the monogram designer will choose the best color for you.
