Remove before bathing, swimming, working out and sleeping.
Wait to put on your jewelry until after you have applied hair spray, lotion, makeup and perfume.
Wipe thoroughly after each use with the cleaning cloth we provided for you, then store it in Marlon’s box or pouch.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAX:

RETURN AND EXCHANGE:
We only accept returns. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the items back within 14 days of delivery.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging (jewelry box and pouch, thank you card and cleaning cloth), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will provide you with return instructions.
Once we receive your return, we will promptly refund the item's price. At this time, we don't offer exchanges, but we'll process your return quickly so you can place a new order.
Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process. Consider adding insurance to your package and keep the tracking number for monitoring.
Please note: If any customs duties or taxes are charged to me upon receiving your return (especially for international orders), these fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

PACKAGING:
Items are shipped in Marlon’s thick corrugated cardboard box and each item is carefully placed in a cardboard jewelry box, accompanied by a small muslin pouch.
Larger and heavier items are placed in Marlon’s protective muslin pouch and carefully placed in a corrugated shipping cardboard box.
Everything is environmentally friendly and recyclable.
