USPS marked delivered but no package. Where is my package?

USPS says that sometimes the package is marked delivered 1-4 business days before it actually arrives as the mail deliverer may make a mistake, or a computer may malfunction. In the meantime, please check with neighbors. If it still doesn't show up, please reach out and we are always happy to help :)

What if I got a defective or damaged item?

Please take a photo and contact us within 7 days. We're happy to do the replacement and make it right.

Can I update/change my address?

If you need to update your address, please notify us within 1 hour. Once the item is in production, we cannot update/change the address.

Do you accept return and exchange?

As all of our products are custom-made for you, we do not accept return or exchanges unless it is defective or damaged. However, if you have any issues about the products, please let us know. We are happy to assist you.

Please ensure that you carefully review the size chart provided in the listing photo. Kindly note that we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds for sizing issues, as all shirts are made to order.

Is local pickup available?

Our printing partner do not have pickup option available. We'll ship your order directly to your address.

Can I include a gift note?

Our printing partner currently offers the option to add a gift note with shirt and sweatshirt orders. We hope to offer this service for more categories in the future!

Can I get it by specific date?

Since our products are made-to-order, our printing partner needs some time to create them just for you. Shipping times can vary based on the product, your location and the season, so we can't guarantee the delivery date. But we promise to do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Thank you for your understanding!
