We are not accepting custom orders at this time. If you wish to have a small change or tweak to an already existing design, please message me!

Are there any limitations to the design I purchase?

Most design shops on Etsy have limitations for what you can/can’t do with the design you purchase. At Scarlow Digital, you can use our designs for anything at any quantity. Commonly asked uses of our designs are print-on-demand, sublimation prints, screen-prints, and many more. You may NOT share any designs, claim them as your own, re-sell them in their digital format, use any of our mock-ups or photographs, or alter the designs in any way.

Do you offer discounts if I want to purchase multiple designs?

Unfortunately this is not something that we offer at this time. However, we often post discount codes and even FREE designs in our VIP Facebook group. Just type Scarlow Digital into Facebook and you’ll find us over there!

Do you have Google drives?

This is not a service that we offer at this time. Once we reach a reasonable following on our VIP Facebook group, this is something that we will most likely begin offering to our members.

I didn’t receive an email with my download link. What should I do now?

As a frequent purchaser of downloadable items on Etsy, I HIGHLY recommend going to Etsy.com via a web browser (not the Etsy app), going to your purchases, and clicking the “download file” option to the right of the purchase. This is the only way that I’ve been able to download items without having any issues. If you download via the email sent to you from Etsy on your phone, it will automatically take you to the Etsy app. Since Etsy’s app does NOT support digital downloads, you have to visit a web browser to download.

Your purchase will include a 12x12 in. jpeg image. The design is seamless so it can be used for bullet fabric, sublimation print, etc without noticeable seams.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD:
After purchasing, wait a few minutes for your payment to clear. The files are only accessible through Etsy on a web browser and NOT the app. Go to purchases and then click on the “download files” button. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out! I usually respond within the hour.
