With the suggested materials finished keychain size is approx. 5,5 cm (2’’) in height, the frog is approx. 2,5-3,5 cm (1-1.5”) in height. I suggest 2 frog sizes below: a smaller (2,5 cm) frog fits the keychain well with bedding, while a bigger (3 cm) frog fills almost all the space inside of a keychain.

Basic materials needed:

1. Cotton yarn 100g/200m (3.5 oz/218 yds – this thickness corresponds to yarn weight №2 – fine/DK yarn) for keychain, small frog and bedding. For example, Drops Cotton Light;
2. 1.75 mm crochet hook (US steel/thread hook 4 or UK steel/thread hook 2) for a keychain, small frog and bedding;
3. Cotton yarn 100g/150m for big frog. For example, Drops Paris;
4. 2.75 mm crochet hook for big frog;
5. Craft wire (described in detail in the pattern, as well as the rest of the materials needed).
