POSSIBLE SHIPPING DELAYS

Please understand that there can be shipping carrier delays due to volume, bad weather, and situations that are beyond our control. Please allow for extra shipping times when ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee dates when shipping orders and make no promises of delivery dates. We are NOT responsible for any delays due to mail carriers and will not issue any refunds due to these delays.

When we ship your products, you will receive a tracking number. Once your package is shipped by the delivery company it's the responsibility of them. If you do not receive your package, please send me a message and I'll see what options I have. Unfortunately, I'm unable to replace lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered in the system. We will not offer refunds due to packages that were marked as delivered but were lost/stolen. To file a claim for a lost/stolen package that was marked as delivered you will need to contact your local shipping agency that the order was shipped with and file a stolen package claim with your local law enforcement.

NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS?

If for whatever reasons you need to change your delivery address. Please contact us ASAP the faster the better. Any changes to shipping address must be send to us via message AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Just send us a quick message indicating you need to change the address and include the new address on the message. We will confirm with you the new address via message.

OOPS! I'VE MAILED MY PACKAGE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! CAN YOU SEND A REPLACEMENT?

I'm terrible sorry but, as a business owner, there is no way for me to verify this claim. It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure your address entered into the Etsy system is correct and, if a mistake has been made, to notify me within 1 hour of placing your order so I can change it on the shipping label. Unfortunately, I'm unable to replace packages that have been delivered to a wrong address provided by the buyer. If by any chance the package gets sent back to me I will reach out to you.

Refunds/Cancelations/Exchanges

Reading a product description and size it’s very important when making online purchases. Customer/buyer is responsible for reading the full product description before buying. When you buy our products you agree to the products description, including design, size, and care instructions. We will not replace items due to buyers remorse/lack of reading the description. Unfortunately, I’m unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on our handmade products as they are made to order. All of my products are handmade in my home studio, and due to severe allergies to smoke, certain pets, and strong scents such as air fresheners, I cannot safely accept items back once they have left my workspace due to health concerns.
