At RobinPlaces, we’re in the habit of making things right! Send us a picture of the damaged item and we’ll replace your order for FREE.

What happens if my order is lost?

We’ll consider your order lost if you don’t receive it within the expected delivery date and we’ll send you a replacement right away, for FREE.

Can I change the shipping address?

Changes in shipping can be done in the first 12 hours of making a purchase. We do everything we can to meet your need. After the 12 hour window, we can’t make any guarantees we’ll be able to change shipping information for you.

If your poster gets dusty, dirty, or smudgy, you may gently clean it with a dry cloth.

Custom (Personalized) Order Cancellations

We accept cancellations for custom orders. If the proof was already sent to you, we will deduct $7 from the refund. This will help us to cover the cost of our time spent when creating your custom order.

Help after 30 days of product delivery

We'd love to help you with a reprint or refund, but we can only do so within 30 days of your product being delivered. After that, we won't be able to assist you. We hope you understand, and we're truly grateful for your support!

Can I hang this artwork in my office or workplace?

Yes! You can display our artwork in your office, workspace, or business location for decorative purposes. However, you cannot use the designs in your work output, client materials, marketing, or any revenue-generating activities.

Can I use your artwork for commercial purposes?

Unfortunately, our products are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes. This includes using the designs for resale or any commercial applications.
