For our beloved clients from outside Europe, unfortunately, due to customs reasons, we can not accept return if you send back the item you will be responsible to pay all return custom payments and of course the shipping costs, this sometimes is more than the value of the dress. We are very sorry but unfortunately, this is not in our hands ..
For returns from outside Europe and also the UK, all return shipping cost, as well as import taxes have to be paid by the customer, we are not responsible for this cost.

Please wash with max 30 grad or best hand wash, our cotton will be with you for years if you treat it good,
I recommend drying it in shadow, and if possible not in a drying machine..
Silk items pl hand wash in cold water.
rayon and viscose pl wash at 30 c.
you can iron our dresses but mostly just hanging them up is enough and less work.

Most of our textiles are hand block printed with lots of effort and work, the particular smell is part of the handmade process.
