Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To get your digital files from your account: Log into Etsy.com on a web browser (not the Etsy app) and go to "Your account". Click on "Purchases and reviews" to find the Download Files button beside each order. If you don't see the download button, simply click the small grey arrow beside it. This will take you to the Downloads page. If payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be greyed out. Please save your files to your device as soon as possible after purchase. Sometimes I have to discontinue designs so it’s best when you download them quickly. Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time.

I purchased a digital item, but I checked out as a guest.

We hope you were able to find the link to your digital download in the receipt email sent to you after purchase. If you don't see it, try checking your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, make sure to check your Social and Promotions tabs too. To make sure future emails from us don't go missing, add transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list.
