This basket has all the charm of a 1930's patchwork in a single fabric. I just love how soft and warm this print is! The lining is a Bee Background print in cross stitch with yellow x's on cream.

I used 100% premium quilting cotton for the inner and outer fabric. This handy basket has a firm inner, foam batting to give it a great shape. I even quilted it! You can fold down the sides to make it handy for holding quilting clips, buttons or other little doo dads. Its hand washable but should to air dried for best results.

I have been using a fabric scrap basket for years now and decided its time to share this little gem with you all. I keep it next to my hand sewing area and it is perfect for holding all the little scraps, threads and bits and pieces while I'm sewing. Its so much better than wearing them to the grocery store... you know that has happened to you! This little fabric basket is also great for holding sewing clips, thread spools, craft items, little crochet supplies and even your little toys (or your kids toys).
