Gift wrapping and packaging

All small items are shipped with careful in an air bubble padded bag. If you need a gift box you can buy it with your order at the time of payment.

My shop accepts custom orders according to the available material possibility. The price will be agreed according to the commission. Advance payment is required for custom orders.

Why don't I receive my order yet?

If you do not receive your order yet, it may have been stopped at customs for checks, and once the checks have been completed, your order will be ready to arrive at your destination. Sometimes it may happen that you stay still for a month ( but is really unusual) I trust in your understanding.

I have not received my order, can I get a refund?

You can request a refund after 50 days of purchase if you have not yet received the item. If you have made a mistake in writing the address, the refund can not be made.
