I love the mug! Tim went above and beyond when USPS rerouted my order from Charlotte, NC to Florida...which was crazy as I'm only about a 40 minute drive from Charlotte. He contacted USPS on my behalf, and after a bunch of back and forth communication, it arrived in perfect condition. Tim went above and beyond in the way of customer service, and I will definitely order from him again in the future.
