This tikka is not only incredibly beautiful it is well made. The hook does not cause tangles in the hair because it is round and smooth. When removing the tikka, it does not pull any hair out, like the cheaper one other sellers sell. Also, sterling silver is anti microbial meaning it does not irritate the skin. This is heirloom type jewelry. They would last for generations. I love this company.

There was a small issue with my nose ring. It may have gotten lost in transit however; the seller quickly mitigated the situation by sending me a replacement without charging me further. Things happen however this company practices impeccable customer service and customer support. I love their products so much. I am a customer for life. I will update when the replacement nose clip arrives.
