These beads are not AA genuine stones. Nor are they stabilized as the meaning implies. They are powdered stones that are then mixed with glue to form a bead. The color is not consistent throughout meaning that close inspection shows white spots between the beads where the dye did not take. If you are looking for genuine, this is not what you want. And although the vendor will tell you that they do not exist, they certainly do and in this price range. To her credit, she did refund me for these fully, but the review is for the beads, not the vendor.

Regarding this buyer, she said she is very angry because she has used the strand of beads and not able to return them. Why used the beads if you do not like the beads knowing they are not 100% genuine Turquoise. Why threaten us ( very unfriendly mentioning other 3rd parties) for a full refund after you used a product that you actually do not like? We refunded because we like to use our valuable time to service our valued customers and there are many of them. Regarding low cost turquoise beads, everyone knows these are not 100% natural genuine turquoise, 97% of the turquoise in this world is stabilized or reconstructed. Is not realistic to expect or to buy 100% genuine turquoise with this quality, color and the price.

The stones that arrived did not match the picture. I chose these stones because those in the picture looked very well cut with precise center drill holes and a pure blue color with few white or dark marks. Unfortunately, those that arrived were awkwardly cut and had off-center drill holes, as well as mottled color, which made them unsuitable for my project. The shop was prompt about granting a refund upon my return, which is much appreciated, but since stone purchases are sometimes time-sensitive when I'm working on custom orders, I would much prefer accurate representation of the product. This is the third time this has happened w/ TerraFinds; due to the precision of my needs, I can't use them in the future.

These are natural hand cut hand polished natural stabilized stone and the natural of these stone are soft, some of our buyers crazy about them, and they are actually turquoise stabilized not howlite that might have better finish because is howlite.
