I'm an experienced crocheter and found the pattern easy. I wouldn't recommend it to a beginner as the final stages of putting the toy together was a bit vague on the pattern instructions. There were also a minor issue with the numbering of rounds on the pattern, but didn't cause any problems. Overall an easy pattern to follow.
