Why are there 2 quantity boxes?

When ordering the wish bracelets you will see 2 drop down boxes called 'Quantity'. The first drop down box 'Total Quantity - Leave other Quantity at 1' will have a number and a price next to it. In this drop box you would need to select the total number of wish bracelets, token hugs, scrunchies you would like to receive. In the bottom drop down box you would then need to keep this number at '1'. If you are unsure how to order the total number required please do send us a message and we will be happy to help. If you place an order and you are unsure if you have ordered the correct quantity please do send us a message and we will look into your order for you and check it over.

The total number I need isn't in the drop down boxes

The listings have a 'Total Quantity - Leave other Quantity at 1' drop down box where the total number required can be selected. The drop down box offers bulk quantities for larger groups. If the total number required isn't in the drop down box then the total can be made by adding multiple options to the basket. For example for 120 you would add '100' and then '20' to the basket.

Can I request a custom order?

Yes, we'd love to help make you a custom gift, please send us a message with the ideas you have for your gift. Please note during busy periods we may not be able to offer this service and may not be able to change the text from what is shown in the listing photos.

How long will my order take to arrive?

At the checkout there are options for first and second class post. First class post is 1-2 working days and 2nd class is 3-5 working days. When ordering please allow for the dispatch time (make time) as well as the delivery time. During busy periods please allow longer for delivery due to possible postal delays.

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

When your order has been made you will receive a dispatch email from Etsy, for most orders this will contain a tracking number. Please allow the time frame required by Royal Mail to deliver your order, busy periods may incur a longer delivery time frame. If your order has not yet arrived please check your tracking number along with checking you have entered the correct address at the checkout Please check Royal Mail haven't left a missed you card and therefore taken your order to your local post office. Also check a neighbour hasn't taken the order in for you. Please do get in touch if your order has not arrived.

* In the drop down boxes you will see a drop down box 'Scrunchie Colour' the coloured scrunchie is listed along with white for the bride to be and the option to purchase just the backing cards. Please select which option you require before going to the 'Quantity - Leave other Quantity at 1' drop down box.

* For the quantity you will see there are 2 drop down boxes. In the drop down box 'Quantity - Leave other Quantity at 1 ' please select the total number of scrunchies/cards required and leave the other quantity box at 1.

* In the personalisation box please add a note with the text required for the backing cards. The roles to choose from are: Bride, Bride to Be, Bridesmaid, Maid of Honour, Flower Girl, Chief Bridesmaid, Junior Bridesmaid, Mother of the Bride, Mother of the Groom, Bride Squad, Team Bride and I Do Crew. Please note only these roles should be added to the personalisation box.
