Processing times vary as I make each item to order. If you need an item for a specific date then please message me prior to placing an order. Estimated delivery dates are just a guide set by Etsy and do not factor in RM collection time cut offs or any shipping delays outside of my control. Therefore I am unable to guarantee orders will arrive by these dates. Express shipping upgrades are available.

Shipping - Standard Delivery Untracked I cannot track any standard 1st or 2nd class RM postage so if you select this option I will not be able to provide you with an update. RM consider an item lost 10 working days from the date of delivery. https://www.royalmail.com/latest-news/consumer-faqs#deliveries What shipping carriers do you use? RM 2nd class standard (NO TRACKING) or you can upgrade to RM 1st class (no tracking) or Tracked 24 or 48. For orders over £35 I use a tracked courier/RM tracked 48 service. For orders under £35 you can choose to upgrade to a courier/tracked service for a fee. For International orders I use Royal Mail International Tracked.

Will you provide me with a tracking number? For standard UK orders I do not use a tracked service so I am unable to check where your order is unfortunately. Please see above. Tracked orders will receive a tracking number and link in your dispatch email. Please note that RM do not always update their tracking at each step of the journey but will show when it is ready for delivery. International orders you will be provided with a tracking number and a link to the Royal Mail tracking url when I ship your order.

When will I receive a proof for my banner order? You will receive a design mock up for your order ( custom designs only) a day or so before you order is due to be dispatched. Once you have approved your design, your order will go into production on the next working day. Please note that delays to you approving proofs will add on extra days to your order being dispatched.

Do you accept custom orders?

I do accept custom banner orders and you can purchase the relevant listing. If you are unsure if your idea will work then you can message me first and I can advise. Please note no proofs will be made until after a listing is purchased.
