If you have an account with Etsy go to YOUR ACCOUNT, click on PURCHASES, then DOWNLOAD FILES. From there you'll download the files to your computer (this cannot be done on your phone). OR an alternative is to copy this link and paste it into your browser: www.etsy.com/your/purchases

ADDITIONALLY the email associated with your Etsy account will contain an email Etsy sent you with download instructions. (make sure to double check your SPAM or JUNK folder)

The easiest and fastest place is your home printer. HOWEVER you may be compromising quality if you choose this option, it depends on the caliber and performance of your printer, the paper, and ink. TO START OFF, try this, it won't hurt. But if you don't like the quality...

MY RECOMMENDATION is to be willing to wait and choose an ONLINE PRINTING COMPANY such as Mpix.com, Printful.com, or CandelaFineArt.com

OR A LOCAL PRINT STORE such as Walgreens, Walmart, Staples, Fed-Ex, etc. This might be just what you need and you won't have to wait for a shipment to arrive. Just remember to take your file on a USB drive. (unless they have a cloud you can upload to).

PAPER RECOMMENDATIONS: high quality matte thick paper

We offer FOUR different ratio options for sizes. The files are saved at a LARGE HIGH QUALITY size for each ratio. So scaling the size UP or DOWN to the options below will not disrupt the print quality. ALSO IF YOU HAVE A FRAME READY that does not match any of our ratios but is CLOSE to one of them, it's likely you can CROP a bit of the design with no issues.
