My order says delivered but it has not arrived.

In order to offer free delivery our stickers and smaller decals are sent thru USPS in either a regular envelope or manilla envelope. The post office does not offer real time tracking. The tracking number you see is an Etsy tracking number not the post office. Once you see delivered it usually means that it was delivered to your local post office and you will usually see it in your mailbox within 2 days.

Why is my tracking number not working on the USPS website?

The tracking number is provided to Etsy as a "courtesy" and because it's a courtesy, tracking info is not always accurate or even available. This is also the reason the tracking number will not work on the USPS site and can only be tracked through Etsy. Unfortunately, once the post office has possession of a package, we no longer have any control over what happens from there. Any orders $20 and over will be sent out USPS Ground Advantage with an official USPS tracking number.

We have learned that Delivered, usually means it has made it to your local post office and is being sorted for delivery. Most orders show up within 1-2 mail days of the delivered notification. Unfortunately, the post office has been terrible lately, so please be patient, we send out ALL orders within the time frame stated however, once USPS has it, we have no control over anything anymore.

Do you send out your packages with a tracking number?

Yes, we do!! In order to be able to offer free shipping, we need to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. Any orders under $20 will be mailed USPS first class mail and any orders totaling $20 or more will be sent out USPS Ground Advantage. The address it is shipping to How fast you are looking for it to be delivered? Once we have that info we will be able to give you some prices and some time frames
