Lost or damaged packages

If your items arrive damaged, or if your package was shipped out but never arrived, please contact me. I will work with you to come up with a solution on a case by case basis. If your order arrived damaged, you must send me photos with the damage of the outer package and the print. After evaluating the damages, we'll send you a new print to replace the damaged one. The new print will have the same design and the same size. In this particular case, a return of payment will not be allowed, we will send you a new order completely free of charge to replace the damaged one.

All orders will be shipped with tracking number. Orders will be shiped to the adress that you supplied through ETSY, so please make sure that this address is correct before placing an order. PLEASE NOTE: if you give us the wrong adress, we will ask you to pay the shipping for re sending your order. ( Initial shipping fees will not be refunded)

Also in case you where left a Notice from the Post service and you did not pick up your parcel, we will need to ask you to pay the shipping fees to re send your prints. In case you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us , we will love to help you. Please take note that the buyer is responsible for any duties and/or customs fees that may be incurred by their destination country. We can not take care of waiting in the customs of each country, this time CAN NOT be considered delivery time.

Please contact us within 10 days after receiving your package if you want to make a return. To return an item, you must ship the package back at your expense, and the item must arrive in good, unused condition. We will then offer a refund of the purchase price of the item (not including shipping cost). Also note that the money refunds could not be claimed after 1 month from the shipment, and the limit to claim for lost orders is 2 months from the initial order.

· GLOSS:
Fujifilm Crystal Archive DP II Professional photo paper with special gloss of bright colors and sharp reproduction of details. With a weight of 250 grams.

· FineArt PHOTO RAG:
Hahnemühle FineArt Photo Rag 308 grams paper. The 100% cotton surface of the paper creates an extra matte and, above all, soft character. The result is exceptionally sharp and details are reproduced incredibly precisely.

You can choose between 5 sizes:

· 10x15 cm
· A5 - 15x21 cm
· 18x24
· A4 - 21x30.5 cm for Matte/Glossy finish and 21x29.7 cm for FineArt Photo Rag finish.
· A3 - 29.7x42 cm
