Our shirts, swimsuits, makeup bags and hats are made to order, so we consider these a custom item. Please be sure to review the sizing chart as they are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns or exchanges.

- Image of problem
- 1-2 Sentences describing what the problem is.

Once we receive your message, we will check to see if the wrong items were shipped to you by accident or if anything was misprinted due to an error on our end. If the mistake was our fault we will provide a solution at no expense on the customers’ end.

If the mistake was made on the customer’s behalf, we can still provide them with reprints or re-shipments. However; the customer must pay all extra charges including shipping. Thank you for understanding.

It is the customers responsibility to make sure they input the correct address when ordering so that it arrives as expected. Many items in the shop are made to order and a refund can not be issued for an item sent back due to a incorrect address, once the item is already made.

Customer will have option to pay to re-ship item to the correct address once item is received from USPS. If shipping is not purchased to re-ship item within 1 week, item will be donated to a charitable cause.

Hand wash the HOT PINK swimsuit prior to first use, to prevent bleeding.
Please note any new swimsuits that come in bright colors may bleed dye. Dry flat. Do not wash hot pink swimsuit with other clothing.

It is recommend for customers to size up when ordering swimsuit as needed.

If your swimsuit does not fit as expected a replacement can be shipped at a discount. Please message seller. We do not accept exchanges for swimsuits as they all are made to order.

Many of our items in our shop are custom made items and can not be refunded. However, if an item needs to be refunded, request within 30 days of receiving item.

Clothing and Custom items - Sales of our custom products and clothing such as pajamas, swimsuits, and robes are final.

In the event a return is accepted:
-Items must not show signs of wear/tear and will not be accepted. These items may be sent back to the customer. We will reach out to you when this happens.
-Item must be received in original condition and packaging.
- Please note that we do not typically provide return labels. Shipping costs of items are paid for by the customers. 30 day window if a return is accepted.
