What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Seventeen Designs is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once your item is handed over to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment. It is imperative that you double check the shipping address at checkout.

Are delivery dates guaranteed?

Delivery times in Etsy are an estimate based on the production schedule and carrier timelines. Due to carrier fluctuations we cannot make delivery date guarantees - please plan accordingly! Refunds will not be provided for orders that are delivered within their estimated window.

Do you offer returns or refunds? What do I do if my item arrives misprinted, damaged?

Please note that each item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we can not offer exchanges or returns. We ask that you carefully read the size details and the product specifications before you purchase, but please do contact us if you are not happy with your order. In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive misprinted/damaged/defective, we will be happy to replace the item. Clear, detailed photos of the damaged item(s) are required within 48 hours of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
This shirt is a Bella Canvas Unisex T-shirt, crafted from super-soft cotton with an outstanding quality print. Comprising 100% soft cotton (fiber content may vary for different colors) and a light fabric weighing 4.2 oz/yd² (142 g/m²), this unisex shirt runs moderately true to size; though many customers note that it runs slightly small for men.

CARE INSTRUCTION:
Recommended: Machine wash with warm water (max 40C or 105F); use non-chlorine bleach as needed; tumble dry on low heat; iron, steam, or dry with medium heat; avoid dry cleaning.

PRINTING METHOD:
The shirts are created using the direct to garment (DTG) printing method, a specialized process that involves printing on textiles and garments using modified inkjet technology. These inks are applied directly to the textile by the print head and absorbed by the garment's fibers, rather than being pressed on top.
