If the wreath or arrangement is no longer available in my shop it’s because it has sold. Please contact me and I will check my supplies to see if I have enough to make another item, if not we can make something similar and to your liking.

I only use the highest quality products which are made to last. All of my finished products are neat, clean, and professional because every wreath or arrangement is handmade. I secure everything neat and stable so the product will last you for years to come. With proper care you will be passing the items to your children.

We recommend hanging your Wreath on a door with an overhang to help protect it from the outside elements. If at all possible, bring it inside during rain/snow storms. Keep it clean by using a blow dryer on its lowest/coolest setting to remove dirt and pollen or compressed air from a can. Never store it dirty. To Store your Wreath, put it back in its original box and store in a Climate-Controlled Area, such as a closet. Do NOT store in Attic. Extreme Heat/Cold may damage it. If original box is unavailable, hang on a Clothes Hanger and cover with Clear Plastic to protect it from dust and hang it in a Closet.As with anything left to the elements, your Wreath will fade over time, especially flower, ribbons, etc. With care

I use a sturdy corrugated box for each shipment. Each item is fastened in the box to keep your order intact. I secure wreaths to the box to stop shifting during shipping. I prefer to use priority mail as it is only a few cents more, arrives to you quickly, and has less breakage.

We are so pleased that you have purchased one of our wreaths and want to make sure that it lasts for years to come. As each wreath is individually handmade using quality items like Deco Mesh, Burlap, Floral Supplies, Signs, Embellishments, it is difficult to predict the display life of your Wreath. However, following some easy care and storage tips, you can extend your Wreath's beauty.Before removing your Wreath from the Shipping Box, turn over and remove the tape covering the Shipping Straps. Cut the straps with scissors from the outside to prevent damage to your new Wreath. Then straighten your wired ribbons by the tips and it's ready to hang.A hanger has been added to the back for you to hang your wreath from.

Returns on Purchases all sales are final. However, I stand behind our products so if there is a defect we need to know within 24 hours of delivery. In this event, you may exchange your original packaging only for another wreath or product of same value. Merchandise needs authorization to be returned. If I agree to a return for anything other than damage there will be a 20% restocking fee. Claims require a photo.

All Wreaths, arrangements and supplies are photographed for the truest colors, but keep in mind that not all monitors are calibrated the same.

All custom orders are welcome, however, due to the varied cost of supplies the length of time to deliver and cost will change. We will work together to create the project and coloring of materials and cost. Upfront payment will be required to cover any additional materials needed for the project. Due to handcrafted techniques, color and finishes may vary.

Please note that all floral arrangements, candle wreaths will vary. Each arrangement is handmade and although I try to duplicate the pattern there is going to be some variation because it is handmade. I use the highest quality flowers available and floral availability may change due to market shifts on Imports. I try to update my photos continuously but understand there are variables in every handmade product.
