We reserve the right to cancel orders to some countries where there are problems with the delivery of packages. In this case, the customer will receive a full refund.

We ship all items within 1 - 3 days of cleared payment (unless otherwise indicated in the listing). In case of any inquiries, please contact us.

- NO TRACKING NUMBER IS AVAILABLE FOR STANDARD SHIPPING! If you wish for your order to be shipped out using registered or express shipping – you must select such option at the checkout where an extra fee will be added on top of the order’s total cost.

- Combined shipping is offered when purchasing multiple items at once.

- Package shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.

- INCORRECT ADDRESS: You must make sure to register with correct details on Etsy. We CANNOT be held responsible for any mistakes made by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will need to pay additional charges for re-sending the package.

- In case of a missed delivery, a note by the local Post should be left at the door. If later the package is not collected in time by the customer, or if the package returns to us due to a faulty address, the order will be treated as abandoned and no further action will be taken after 28 days of no contact with the client.

- In case of a message about a returned package, if a customer refuses to pay the re-shipping fee, a refund can be offered to cover 50% of the product cost only.

- SHIPPING DELAYS: Please note that we CANNOT be held responsible for any delayed deliveries. The Post gives the best estimated time frame and does its best to ensure you receive your package on time. Occasional delays do occur, and they may be caused by weather conditions, mechanical problems, or simply human errors.

- MISSING PACKAGE: Please note that should your package go missing, no refunds or replacement packages will be sent until 4 weeks have passed from the shipping date. It's unlikely this will happen as the parcel simply could be over-held in transit.

[EUROPE SHIPPING] - All items that are sent to Europe usually take between 7 to 10 working days to arrive.

[OVERSEAS SHIPPING: US, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, ETC.] - All items that are sent overseas usually take between 7 and 14 working days to arrive. But please note that sometimes it could take even up to 4 weeks.

[EXPRESS SHIPPING] - Express shipping to UK and Europe should arrive between 3 to 5 working days, and to US and Canada between 4 to 7 working days.

- Please remember that sterling silver, gold or silver plated jewellery does not do well in contact with water, perfumes and deodorants. I also advise keeping your pieces in a safe storage.
