I ship all items out promptly and safely, wrapped in tissue, a plastic bag and usually a USPS box. If lightweight or small a tyvek or bubble envelope is used.
Measuring
It is essential to go by the measurements provided. Please take the time to measure a dress that fits you well, which has the same silhouette and is not stretchy. Measuring tapes are available at your local grocery, drug and big box stores. Vintage label sizes are different than today’s sizes and title sizes are approximate only. Go by the dress measurements to ensure a good fit.
Flip your dress inside out and lay it flat. Measure across the bust from underarm to underarm and double. Do the same across the waist and hips. Length is from shoulder to hem. Use those numbers to compare to the measurements listed.
If you use your own measurements, leave room for moving and breathing comfortably. The measurements provided are maximum. Your numbers must be less than the dress' to fit inside the dress. If you need an inch, consider wearing a long line bra. Dresses are structured and not stretchy unless noted.
Do not use your bra size number as the bust measurement is not the same.
Larger dresses are pinned back on the XS dress form to fit. Flat lays may be provided to see shape. Dresses that do not have labels may be home or seamstress sewn, common with 80s bridesmaid and formal party wear. Alterations may be present.
Returns
Returns are provided for exchange or store credit only. No financial refunds as complete measurements, clear photos and description are provided. No exceptions.
To qualify for an exchange or credit, please contact me for directions. Please ship to the address I provide within 7 days of postmarked receipt. Please message me the delivery confirmation number. Please try on the dress promptly when it arrives. No exceptions are given past the 7 days.
The dress must arrive safely back in the same condition as received with the business card still attached. There must be no stains, deodorant, odors, tears, broken zippers, or other damage. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost.
The exchange is mailed when the original item arrives back and all conditions are met. If the exchange costs less, the difference is provided in store credit, not refunded. If it is more, a paid invoice is due within 3 days.
