Can I add an item or change my order?

Once an order is placed and paid we can't change it - including the shipping address, adding items, or changing size, color or quantity. Orders release to our Lincolnwood warehouse for picking immediately, which is what keeps dispatch at 1-2 days.

If I place more than one order, can you combine shipping?

To avoid processing and shipping errors, we don't combine separate orders. If you're building toward the $35 US free-shipping threshold, add everything to one cart - any mix of sizes, colors and styles counts toward it.

What is your return policy?

We don't accept returns or exchanges, but we'll always make it right if something arrives wrong. If your order has a manufacturer's defect or you received an incorrect item, message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll resolve it.

I have not received my package what should I do?

If you have not received your package and it has been more than 15 days, or your package shows delivered and you have not received it; you will need to contact the carrier directly. We do not have any additional information regarding your package other than the tracking information we provided when we shipped your order. Please visit USPS.com or UPS.com for additional guidance on tracking your package.

What if I receive a defective item?

Message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll resolve it quickly. We can only replace or refund items in their original condition - once a blank has been pressed or decorated we can't take it back, so please check your order before you print.

Will the whole garment take sublimation?

Our polyester garments sublimate throughout. Two things to know: raglan sleeves are cotton and won't hold sublimation ink the way the polyester body does, and the Marble colorway is an 80% polyester / 20% cotton blend, so colors press lighter than on 100% polyester. Every listing states its exact fabric composition.

What temperature and time should I use?

Standard colors press best at 365F-375F for 65-80 seconds with light pressure. Oatmeal is heat-sensitive - press it at 325F for 60-90 seconds, since higher temperatures can scorch it. Times vary by press, so test one piece before running a batch. A pressing pillow or foam under the garment helps avoid seam marks.

OATMEAL can be sensitive; the manufacturer recommends a time and temp for sublimating this item of 325° for 60-90 seconds but can vary depending on your press. Pressing at a higher temperature can lead to scorching (red color). We DO NOT provide refunds for scorched items.
