Will my decal/sticker ship with tracking information?

If you select the free or standard shipping option at checkout, your decal/sticker will be mailed via USPS First Class Mail with an Etsy tracking number. This number helps in monitoring the package in transit, but is not as thorough as a true USPS tracking number and cannot be tracked directly by USPS. If you prefer more thorough tracking information, I highly recommend upgrading your shipping method at checkout to USPS First Class Package Services or USPS Priority Mail. Both upgrade options include USPS tracking information.

How do I apply my decal/sticker?

Each vinyl decal and sticker comes with a detailed application instruction sheet. You may view detailed video instructions on applying a vinyl decal here: https://youtu.be/iTTGgHejBLw You can also send me a message and I will send you the written instructions. Remember, decals and stickers are made with permanent adhesive, so you must be confident with your placement as they will not be able to be removed and placed again.

My decal/sticker didn't apply correctly! Can I have a refund?

I do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for decals or stickers that are damaged during the application process. Each vinyl decal and sticker comes with detailed application instructions. Before applying your decal or sticker, I recommend reading the application instructions fully. If you have any questions, reach out before applying your decal to ensure the application process runs smoothly.

Can I use a coupon code on custom orders?

No. No coupon codes, including return customer coupons, can be used on custom orders.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive by the estimated timeline given by Etsy?

If your order does not arrive by the estimated timeline given by Etsy, you may be eligible for a refund from Etsy directly under Etsy's Purchase Protection Program. To qualify, first notify me of the problem by sending a Help Request message. After 48 hours, you will be able to open a case with Etsy to notify them of the issue. Case requests of this nature are typically resolved within a few hours. From there, you can use the refund to purchase another item if necessary. If your order is not eligible under Etsy's Purchase Protection Program, I will do my best to work with you to resolve the issue myself via replacement, refund, or future discount.

What is my order is marked as "delivered" but I haven't received it yet?

Etsy offers an inexpensive shipping method with tracking for the cost of a stamp. It's perfect for decals/stickers that fit in a normal envelope and allow for cheaper shipping. Etsy offers this service through a third party. While USPS handles your mail piece, their system cannot read its tracking information. Only mail-sorting machines can read/transmit. You can only view the tracking information for your order through Etsy. This method will often show as delivered when it arrives at your local USPS distribution center. From there, it typically takes about 2-3 days to arrive at your local post office and then to you. My shop policy is to allow 10 days from the ship date before claiming an order lost in the mail.

Choose your decal size and preferred cherry color in the drop-down boxes. The default vinyl colors are lime green for the stem, white for the daisies, and golden yellow for the sparkles. If you would like a different vinyl color for any part of the design, let me know in the personalization box while adding the item to your cart.

Durable cherry sticker decal made with high-quality adhesive vinyl. Can be placed on most hard, flat, smooth surfaces both indoors and outdoors. Not recommended for textured surfaces or fabric. Vinyl is waterproof, durable, and perfect for laptops, cars, tumblers, and more.

✿ application/care ✿
All decals come with transfer tape on top for easy application. Detailed application instructions are also included in each package. If applying to drinkware, hand wash only and do not soak or scrub the area where the decal is applied. If placing on a car, do not apply where it will be in contact with windshield wipers.

This decal ships FREE with an Etsy monitoring number via USPS First Class Mail. Average delivery for USPS First Class Mail is 2-6 days, but may take longer in some cases. Packages are not considered lost in the mail until 15 days have passed from the ship date. Upgrades with USPS tracking and faster delivery are available at checkout.

NOTE - Packages with Etsy monitoring numbers are scanned by mail sorting machines only. They do not work the same as a USPS tracking number, cannot be tracked directly by USPS, and are not as accurate. YOUR ORDER MAY SHOW DELIVERED BEFORE YOU RECEIVE IT. This is completely normal and typically means your package has arrived at your local post office and will show up in your mailbox in a few days. If you have not received your order 15 days after the ship date, let me know.
