How are the phone cases made?

All of our phone cases are printed with the sublimation process.

Do you use glitter on the phone cases?

No, all visual effects are printed on. We do not use real glitter, wood, or metallics.

How long does it take to make a phone case?

We do not make the phone cases, we design the images and the images are then printed on the cases by the print company we work with. The processing time is normally 2-3 days to finish and be able to ship. Once your order is shipped, it normally takes 3-5 business days to get to you as long as USPS is running on time.

Why is there different processing and shipping times for your items?

This is because we work with multiple print companies to give our customers the best quality products there is to offer.

Can I exchange or send my phone case back for a refund?

We can only refund and cancel your order within the time frame that you have ordered till 11 am the next day. We do not offer exchanges or refunds after that. If your item is wrong or damaged, please send us an image and let us know immediately so we can contact our print company to replace the item and we will inform you on how to proceed. We do not offer refunds after the given time frame.

What do I do if I want to cancel my order?

We send our orders in for print at 12 noon daily. You will have till 11 am to cancel your order, so it will be from the time you order till 11 am the next day. We are unable to cancel your order once it is sent in to process and we can not refund you.

Production time for your order: 3-5 days excluding holiday seasons
Shipping: 7 -8 business days after production

Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges: You have 24 hours from the time you order to change your mind and have your order canceled. After 24 hours your order will be sent into production and can not be changed. We stand by our products and quality. We accept no returns, refunds, or exchanges. No exceptions.

Please keep in mind that ordering by mistake is not an excuse. You have 24 hours to cancel your order. Once your order is in production we can not stop the printing.

Damaged item: If your order comes damaged, please notify us immediately with an image of the damage and we will gladly replace the item. After 3 days from the time your item has been marked delivered, we will not replace your item.
