These bookends are so much more than bookends! First of all, the pottery aspect of them is marvelously unique. Who needs to look at metal bookends? Then comes their functionality. Before their arrival, I had big plans for having them be planter bookends as pictured. Would be so cute. But as soon as I settled them on my desk, in went my Micron pens into one bookend, and scissors, pencils, etc. into the other bookend. Nirvana! They are the perfect size as well--the right height for nestling my CDs, AND the right size for holding my writing needs. They are so clever. And somehow they shipped across country in two days. What a lucky find for me! Super super pleased! Thank you!!!
