How and when do I get my files?
You will receive them as soon as payment is confirmed! Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. Go to Purchases and reviews. Next to the order, select Download Files.

How do I unzip a file?
To decompress ( unzip) a file or folder on Mac and Apple products, double -click it. Make sure you have space on your device. Look in the folder to see your files.

For windows, double click the zipped file to see files. When prompted, drag files out of the window to desired location or click extract all.
