Every order is hand packaged with love and care! Sage&Beads uses eco friendly packaging almost for all orders! Each jewelry order comes with a keepsake jewelry bag that you may use to store your jewelry. Gift packaging may be purchased at checkout. Be sure to include a free gift message, or any additional notes at checkout.

Please send me a message about your dreamed design. I have a huge variety of beads so any order could be possible. Due to material cost, time, and energy, CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

All Brooches are hand-embroidered in home studio in North London. It should neither be machine-washed nor dry-cleaned. Avoid all contact with water, acids or alcohol. To keep your brooches shiny as long as possible, also avoid long exposures to heat and light. Stash them away in their little pouch!

Our products are guaranteed for 2 years under appropriate use. Please send us a request with descriptions and photo of demage. Sage&Bedas reserves to the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.
