The frame was broken when it arrived, but the seller had packaged it carefully to prevent such a thing from occurring, so it most likely just got some rougher than usual handling en route (not her fault). Seller was very receptive to my odd idea and sent me a couple proofs to make sure she got it right. The drawing came out very colorful and vividly clear. Would highly recommend!

Lupe did an excellent job in capturing my boyfriend's family's dog. She kept me constantly updated on her progress. The portrait was very well received and I'll be purchasing another one for my own family's dog.
