To access your digital files from your account:

1. Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser (not the mobile Etsy app)
2. Go to -- Your account.
3. Go to -- Purchases and reviews.

Next to the order, select Download Files.
No download button? Click the tiny grey arrow to the right of the order.

If payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.

Please save the files to your device immediately after purchase. Designs that are discontinued may no longer be accessible online after 3-6 months.

If you purchased as a guest then the download link to your files will be in the receipt email sent to you after purchase.

When using the Etsy app with an Apple ID or via Apple Pay you may have chosen the option to:

This creates a unique and random email address to keep your personal email private, however means you will not receive the Etsy order email.
