Under no circumstances should the files you purchase be transferred to another person. You may not share, transfer, e-mail, or send the files you purchase to someone else for their use. You may not rename the files and sell as your own. You may not convert to another file type and re-sell the digital good. All rights to files, lettering, and designs remain with the designer, Ashlee Wiggins.

Most of the time the answer to this is that you need to "unzip" the .zip file you downloaded. (ALL downloads are provided as a zip file, as required by Etsy.)

You'll need to unzip/decompress the folder first to access all files inside it.

MAC USERS: Double-click on the .zip file and it will automatically unzip for you

PC USERS: Right click on the .zip file and click "Extract All"

I do my very best to help my customers with any issue they may come across. However, I can't offer support for the software or machine you use. When purchasing my files you do so with this understanding.

The best suggestion I can offer is to reach out to the manufacturer of your machine and related software to troubleshoot any issues.

We do our very best to make sure all of the quotes and sayings we use in our designs are not trademarked. However, new sayings are trademarked everyday. We do an initial check when designing, but sometimes phrases we use become trademarked. It is your responsibility to re-check the phrases yourself and make sure you are in compliance with trademark laws. MOE Digitals cannot be held liable for your decision to purchase items that contain words or phrases that are trademarked.

All fonts from Made of Embers include personal and unlimited use commercial licensing with no credits required, but always appreciated. Each font purchase is for a single user on up to 2 of their own devices.

You may: use fonts to create unlimited physical and digital products and offer them for sale as an end product without the need of an extended license. You may use fonts in eBooks, apps, websites, magazines, games, broadcast, etc., as long as the text remains flat and is not embedded or directly editable by other users.

You cannot: resell the product as if it were your own, distribute the product with client proofs or digital products you sell, use as a LIVE web font, convert to svg letter set, or use unlawfully.

Every file you buy comes with an unlimited commercial license that allows you to use the design on physical items that YOU yourself make and sell.

Simply uploading these designs to print-on-demand sites like Zazzle, Printify, Printful, etc... or reselling my digital files is NOT allowed. You cannot resell my graphics in any digital form. If you are using my designs to sell for ANY digital item, whether modified or not, you may NOT use my graphics.

You cannot alter the design in any way. You cannot share, transfer, e-mail, or send the files you purchase to someone else for their use, even if it is personal use.

You cannot use our images for unlawful Use. You may not use content in a pornographic, defamatory, or other unlawful manner.
