love item but did not mention it needed a ceiling bracket for mounting, so I am having to hunt one down before I can enjoy this

I accidentally ordered one size too large, but returning and exchanging the pendant was very easy. The shipping cost is not included, but that's understandable for such a large package. The new size is perfect, and the quality is impressive. Despite being woven, the structure of the lamp is very strong.

The electrician said light socket is bad I had to pay them $150.00 to come to hook it up and it won’t work

Thank you for your feedback. It seems that the non-dimmable bulb is the issue. I've sent another 2 replacement cords to you today. I had hoped you would have contacted us while the electrician was present so that we could have had him test out various types of bulbs
