How long will it take to receive my item?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the unique nature of vintage home decor, collectibles, and antiques, we do not accept exchanges. Returns are accepted, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and the item must be in the original (received) condition.

How do you package fragile vintage items and what if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging all vintage glassware, antique ceramics, and delicate collectibles to ensure they arrive safely and intact. We use sturdy packing materials, including bubble wrap and biodegradable fillers, and whenever possible, we reuse clean, recycled boxes to minimize waste and maintain eco-friendly shipping practices. Rest assured, your new vintage find will be packed with love and care, and all items have shipping insurance. If you ever have an issue with shipping, please keep the damaged item and ALL shipping material and contact us to file an insurance claim and receive a refund.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States, but if you're interested in international shipping, please message us, and we’ll see what we can do!

What condition are your items in and where do you find them?

We carefully source our vintage finds from estate sales, flea markets, auctions, and thrift shops. Each item is handpicked for its charm and unique history! We clean and inspect each piece before listing. Any flaws are described and shown in photos, so there are no surprises.
