The copyright of the designs is retained by KPD. This means that you can use them to produce items for personal use, e.g. print and put on your wall, upload to an online t-shirt printer, etc. What you can't do is print my design on to anything you intend on selling, either online or in person. If you wish to produce commercial products featuring my designs, please contact me to discuss the cost of the licence.

The vast majority of my pieces are made to order & as such the production time, & therefore delivery time, can vary. I do however aimed to dispatch orders, where possible, within 3-5 days. Please check the details for each item to see the times relating to that piece.
Items that are manufactured by one of my production partners will be sent directly from them to you. Please note the production & dispatch time estimates on these listings as they are dictated by the production partner not by me so I can not 'rush' an item.
Made to order ceramic pieces can not be speeded up. Drying time is essential & can vary greatly depending on the weather and temperature. You will always be advised at time of ordering how long production is likely to take

As most of my items are printed to order, personalisation is something I can offer. Some designs will restrict the amount of personalisation allowed (you can't have 5 lines of text if there's only space for 1) but I can advise you of this at the time. Please contact me with your request so we can discuss details and cost.

Coaster: My coasters are made using a decoupage technique and so, whilst they do have a ceramic tile as their core and have a tough, durable sealed coating, they are not waterproof so please do not put them in the dishwasher or leave them outside.

Ceramic pieces: Unless stated otherwise, my ceramic pieces are for indoor use only and are not frost protected.

Colours of items and digital downloads may appear slightly different from how they appear in the photographs. This is because monitors and device screens can vary. My monitor and printer match so if the images appear different, it is because of settings at your end which I have no control over. If you are unsure about a colour, then please ask. I will always try to give an accurate description of the colours in the product details.

All customers will be notified when a order is dispatched. If an item fails to arrive please contact me. Before a refund can be issued, the parcel either needs to be returned or classed as lost by Royal Mail. Please note, Royal Mail does not Class a parcel as lost or missing until 15 working days has passed. Once it has been classed as lost by Royal Mail, a full refund will be issued. Delivery is registered by Royal Mail so if the parcel turns up after it has been reported as missing, please let me know immediately. If it is no longer wanted please return UNOPENED, otherwise you maybe liable for return postage costs. Specific instructions will be sent to you via Etsy Conversation.

My printer aims to dispatch items within 5 working days of receiving an order. As I need to place the order with them, I can only do this once your payment has cleared through Etsy. This is usually the same day but occasionally it can take longer. You will be notified of any delay. Please note these are dispatch estimates not delivery ones.
If an item is damaged, please photograph the damage, including any damage to packaging and send them to me via the Etsy Convo messaging service and I will deal direct with the printing company on your behalf. Refunds will not be given unless the item is returned. In the case of a missing/non delivered item, again please contact me and I will deal with the printers on your behalf.
