• Printed in my small home studio in the UK
• Printed on lightly textured matte white card
• Card is approx. 146x146mm size
• Blank inside
• Includes a 100% recycled brown fleck Kraft envelope
• Every greeting card is printed to order

• If you choose to have a message printed inside, please check spelling etc. Your message will be copied and pasted. If you have chosen to have the card sent directly to the recipient, please ensure you enter their delivery address at the checkout stage. The card will be sent to them inside the brown kraft envelope.

🌱 PACKAGING 🌱

• Cards are placed inside their envelope and then posted in a hard back outer envelope. Plastic free, yay!!
• Outer hard back envelope is made from 80% recycled material and 20% organic materials. They are completely recyclable, biodegradable and compostable!
• The card, envelope and packaging are all recyclable because great cards don't have to cost the earth!

For UK orders, I send 1st Class. Upgrades to Tracked24 & special delivery are available at checkout.

For overseas orders, I send using Royal Mail International Tracked. These typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive, but delays due to customs are possible. On rare occassions, overseas orders can take up to 7 weeks to arrive so please consider this when ordering.

If you need an item by a certain date, please contact me prior to ordering to ensure this is possible and if so, the best postage option to select. Royal Mail allow up to 10 working days for an item to be delivered, so it is not classed as lost until that date has passed. Where you need an item quickly, I would always recommend upgrading to 1st class at the very least.

Please always contact me via etsy conversations. As per Etsy's terms, all corespondense regarding orders placed here, must be through Etsy, NOT e-mail. I will do my best to reply as soon as possible. If you are not based in the UK, please be aware that although it may be daytime where you live, it is probably night-time here, so again, I will reply asap! :)

If the item does not fall into any of the above categories in my return policies, then yes. However, please note that the return shipping is at your expense and not refundable. Also, the item MUST be sent back to me adequately packaged to protect it, in a resaleable condition and using the same shipping method it was sent you you with. (eg. Overseas MUST be sent back using a tracked service etc)

The item cost will be refunded to you upon receipt of the item providing it has been packaged and sent correctly and can be resold.

If your order has not been dispatched, please contact me via Etsy asap and I can update the address for you. However, if it has already been posted, unfortunately there's nothing I can do. If the order makes it back to me, I'm more than happy to repost to the correct address if you cover postage costs, however more often than not, things just don't make it back. Refunds will not be given if you have not received the item due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided.
Please note it is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that your correct and complete address is provided when you check out. (Missing house numbers, road names, incorrect post codes etc will all mean you item is either delayed or does not arrive)
