Customize your experience with our new settings options—choose to display completed tasks for a comprehensive overview or hide them for a focused look at what’s ahead. 📝The Bucket Board Sheet - What’s a Bucket, you ask? It’s a simple way to categorize tasks. You have the flexibility to create up to 7 buckets and name them as per your preference! The Bucket Board sheet displays these buckets along with the tasks assigned to each.

📝The Status Board Sheet - This sheet provides a clear view of all your tasks sorted by their Status (Not started, In progress, On hold, Blocked & Completed)

Each sheet features a modern status bar that provides valuable insights such as today’s date, the number of tasks in the Backlog (tasks not assigned to a bucket), total task count, active task count, the number of late and completed tasks, remaining project days, a project timeline, and a progress indicator. That’s a wealth of information at your fingertips!

You now have the ability to filter by both Project and Team Member! 🤯 By choosing a person’s name from the list, you can view all tasks assigned to them, check their status, identify any overdue tasks, and see how many tasks they have completed or are currently working on!

⚙️But that’s not all! The Settings sheet allows you to customize your Kanban board to suit your needs. Choose the information you want displayed on your Kanban cards and decide whether you want the cards highlighted. There’s even an option to highlight Late and Blocked tasks in red to ensure they’re not overlooked.
