Vintage French and English books, as well as lovely ivory card-stock, cut into this adorable shape of a bird (they have real wings and eyes!!!! :) and then hand attached by me into a garland, on which you can move the birds any way you like :)

There is 12 birds for a 40" garland, 18 birds for 60", 24 birds for 80" etc.....

Each bird measures approx 4.5" tall and 2" wide. They are all double sided :)

Please note that the color of the pages of vintage books we use will change, so the birds might differ from the ones in the photos :)

You can, of course, drape it across a wall, but It will also hang nicely over a mirror or window, or I just hang them vertically from curtain rails or from anything you can attach them to using just and old peg :) Hang in a doorway, from a cupboard, wardrobe or bedpost. They bring that something extra, they are joyful and delicate at the same time....when they move with gentle breeze or just simply hang there in their prettiness :)

The string I use is natural hemp - the garland will arrive to you nicely wrapped, ready to hang and make someone happy!
