Check thought all the photos, all sizes are indicated in the photos/descriptions with measurements in both metric and imperial system (international people, that was for you! ;) ). I also try to take a photo with the item in my hand so you can get an idea of the size in someone's hand. If you need additional sizing information please message me, I'm happy to provide more information or photos. Hope that helps~

If it was marked as "No planned restocks" or "No restocks when sold out" then unfortunately it'll remain out of stock I'm sorry :( I want to do a high turnover of products in my shop so if something sold slowly I will make it clear I don't plan to bring it back. If something is a fast seller/sells out a few times I will bring it back at least twice.

I do ship internationally to most countries. I have been adding on insurance for international packages (and domestic packages that are $30+) in the event that they do get lost. This will not require a signature, it's just a safety net on my end. In the event that your item is taking a while to arrive I'll let you know if there is anything you can do on your end (ie: contacting your local post office). Please make sure you understand your country's postal requirements before purchasing (ie: your full name must be on the package or your country's postal service will return to sender).

For domestic packages I will contact the USPS service either in your area or in my area to try and find out what happened and I will be in communication with you. For international orders I will contact the service it was shipped with (most likely Ascendia) and I will remain in contact with you. Missing packages are rare and I would appreciate if we can wait a while to figure out if it's still on its way before calling it "truly missing."
For domestic orders I'd advise you try calling your local post office first and if that doesn't work you can file a claim with USPS using this link: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Please try the following:
▸Checked the tracking to see if it's still in transit or marked as delivered
▸Called your local USPS post office for information
▸Checked with neighbors/NextDoor to see if anyone else received your package by accident
▸File a claim with USPS
If you've done all of those and still no avail, we will discuss in messages what the next steps are.
