Can I have a die cut customized or changed?

If you would like a die cut AS IS but with different colors, please message me! This is a simple change that I can usually accommodate, although it will lengthen the shipping time. At this time, I am not offering other customizations due to the amount of work it adds to the process (redesigning the piece, exporting, uploading to cut, and assembly can add as much as a full day of work). Keep in mind that if you have your own cutting machine, a lot of my SVGs are also available in my other shop and that might be an option if you'd like to customize it more.

What size are the die cuts? Will you make a custom size?

Please check for sizing on individual pieces as sizes vary. I base my sizing on 12 x 12 scrapbook pages, and try to keep them reasonable so they don't take up too much space on the page--you need room for photos! That's why I include a listing photo on a sheet of 12 x 12 paper to give you an idea how big it will be on your page. If you need a special size, please message me. However, most pieces CANNOT BE MADE SMALLER due to the intricate designs and tiny pieces on many of them.

How are the die cuts packaged and shipped?

I take care to ensure the die cuts are not bent or damaged in shipping by packaging them with cardboard inserts in bubbled envelopes. Everything I ship is shipped Ground Advantage through USPS.

How can I find matching cardstock?

I exclusively use Encore cardstock sold by the 12 x 12 Cardstock Shop because of how cleanly it cuts with my Cricut. If you'd like to know the specific colors I use for any piece, please message me and I'd be happy to tell you!
