I haven’t received a email with my digital download PDF

If etsys automated system has not sent you an email with your purchase immediately, you can always find your purchase through your Etsy account. Before making a purchase always make sure you are signed into your account. Go to your Etsy account on your browser (Use Etsy.com if using a mobile device) • Go to Purchases and reviews from your account menu. • Next to the order, select Download Files. This will take you to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
